Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Concord, NC

A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a skilled Staff Pharmacist to provide per diem coverage primarily for call offs, PTO, and vacation coverage. This role offers approximately two shifts per month, Monday through Friday during standard business hours, without weekend responsibilities. Experience within an FQHC or similar community health setting and a commitment to patient-centered care are key to success in this position.

Location: Concord, NC
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• No weekends

Responsibilities include:

• Dispensing medications accurately using the PioneerRx system
• Providing pharmaceutical care in a 1 Pharmacist/1 Technician environment
• Supporting an underserved patient population with professionalism and empathy
• Collaborating effectively with healthcare staff to promote optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina Pharmacist license required
• 1-3 years of pharmacist experience, preferably in an FQHC or community health setting
• Comfortable working independently in a small team setting
• Spanish language skills are a plus to enhance communication with the patient population
