Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care for patients with hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other infusion-dependent conditions.
• Manage specialized therapies including factor replacement, emicizumab, and various subcutaneous and IV infusions.
• Provide detailed patient education on drug administration, side effect management, adherence, and safe medication handling in the home environment.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to ensure seamless coordination of care.
• Assist with benefits navigation alongside reimbursement specialists to secure prior authorizations and identify financial assistance options.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Tennessee Pharmacist License is required; willingness to obtain other state licenses is encouraged.
• Experience with CareTend software is highly preferred; training is available for the right candidate.
• Excellent work ethic and a passion for patient-centered care.
