Staff Pharmacist | Cordova, Tennessee

A specialty pharmacy in Cordova, TN is seeking a dedicated and driven pharmacist eager to grow within a dynamic and patient-focused environment. The role involves managing pharmaceutical care for patients with complex conditions such as hemophilia, immune deficiencies, and autoimmune disorders. You will gain hands-on experience with factor replacement therapies, emicizumab, and various subcutaneous and intravenous infusions. Emphasis is placed on patient education, ensuring safe drug administration, adherence, and side effect management in the home setting. Close collaboration with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators will be essential to delivering comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical patient management for specialty infusion therapies
• Provide thorough patient and family education on medication use and safety
• Coordinate care efforts between healthcare providers and internal teams
• Assist with benefits navigation, prior authorizations, and financial assistance programs in partnership with reimbursement specialists

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Tennessee pharmacist license required; Arkansas license highly preferred
• Willingness to obtain other state licenses as needed
• Experience with CareTend software is highly preferred but training is available
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a passion for patient care
• Low-volume specialty pharmacy experience is a plus but not required

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
