Job Type: Direct Hire
Schedule:

• Weekends: Saturday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Sunday 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (weekly)
• Occasional weekday shifts as needed, Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete full cycle pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment, including thorough checking and verification of prescriptions
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the fulfillment process
• Maintain seamless operation flow in a high-volume environment serving all 50 states plus DC

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active pharmacist license in Kentucky; pharmacists licensed in Cincinnati, OH encouraged to confirm KY licensure eligibility
• Strong background in high-volume retail pharmacy preferred
• Proven ability to adapt quickly to workflow demands and handle significant prescription volume
• Effective team player with excellent communication skills to foster collaboration under busy conditions
