Mail Order Staff Pharmacist | Covington, Kentucky

Exciting opportunity for experienced pharmacists to join a rapidly growing digital mail order pharmacy specializing in dispensing non-insurance medications nationwide. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment primarily focused on generic medications, with some brand and specialty drugs, serving all 50 states plus DC.

Schedule:

• Weekend shifts: Saturday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Sunday 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional weekday shifts as needed between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full-cycle pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment including checking and verifying prescriptions
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Adapt quickly to a high-volume workflow while maintaining teamwork and collaboration
• Support operations during weekends with flexibility for additional weekday coverage

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Kentucky pharmacist license required; candidates licensed in Cincinnati, OH are encouraged to verify KY licensure eligibility
• Experience in high-volume retail pharmacy settings is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
• Proactive team player with excellent communication skills and adaptability to fast-growing environments
