Location:

• Brainerd, MN

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Some weekends required

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Long Term Care pharmacist duties with precision and compassion
• Ensure accuracy in dispensing medications and provide thorough patient counseling
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Manage specialty pharmacy operations efficiently

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• PharmD degree strongly preferred
• Immunization certification required
• CPR certification required
• MTM (Medication Therapy Management) certification is a plus
• Previous experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
