An opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist to manage pharmacy operations in Cut Bank, Montana, on a contract basis for an 8-week assignment starting immediately. This role involves working as the sole pharmacist in a retail setting, handling an average volume of 100 prescriptions daily.

Schedule and Location:

• Location: Cut Bank, Montana
• Assignment Duration: ASAP to 8+ weeks, with possibility of extension
• Shift: 1st shift
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately while ensuring safety and efficiency in delivery to customers.
• Provide comprehensive counseling and advice to patients regarding their medications and treatment plans.
• Manage patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally in line with organizational policies.
• Maintain accurate records of stock and controlled substances, including conducting regular inventories.
• Address and resolve patient issues, including clarifying third-party insurance coverage.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Montana Pharmacist License.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent pharmacy experience.
• Proficiency with PioneerRx pharmacy software is preferred.
• Ability to independently manage pharmacy operations and handle patient care.
