Per Diem Staff Pharmacist - Decatur, Georgia

This position offers a unique opportunity for a knowledgeable pharmacist to provide vital support across a family of four independently owned retail pharmacies in the Atlanta metro area. Starting as a per diem role at one location, this position has the potential to expand into a part-time floater role covering 30-35 hours weekly across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include managing primary retail pharmacy duties with an average daily volume of 100-150 prescriptions. The role requires handling specialty medications and preparing packages for mail and courier delivery. A strong ability to interact professionally with a diverse patient population is essential.

Key qualifications and desired experience:

• Approximately 2 years of retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Proficiency or experience with PrimeRX software is a plus
• Ability to manage high volumes of prescriptions efficiently
• Flexible and willing to float between multiple locations
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Schedule:

• Daily hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
