This opportunity is for an experienced pharmacist to provide expert care and support in both retail and long-term care settings at a specialty pharmacy. Situated in Grand Rapids, MN, this per diem position offers weekend shifts, ideal for professionals seeking flexibility and a steady schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications and provide counseling to patients in a retail pharmacy environment.
• Manage pharmacy operations related to long-term care, coordinating with healthcare providers and facilities.

• Administer immunizations as certified and support patient health education.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota pharmacist license.
• PharmD degree or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
