Location:

  • Grand Rapids, MN
  • Specialty pharmacy environment

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Possible rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispense medications accurately in both retail and long-term care settings
  • Provide patient counseling and medication therapy management
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Minnesota pharmacist license
  • PharmD degree or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
  • Certification in immunization administration
  • CPR certified
