A specialty pharmacy in Grand Rapids, MN, is seeking a pharmacist for a 13+ week contract position involving a blend of retail and long-term care responsibilities. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to apply your expertise in both outpatient and long-term care pharmacy settings.

Location:
Grand Rapids, MN

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
• Possible rotating weekends

Responsibilities:

• Dispense and verify medications accurately in a specialty pharmacy setting
• Manage long-term care pharmacy duties including medication therapy management
• Provide patient counseling and support immunization services
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Pharmacist License
• Immunization Certification
• CPR Certification
• PharmD degree or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage workflow efficiently in a fast-paced environment
