Staff Pharmacist - Deforest, Wisconsin

A retail pharmacy is seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist for a 13-week contract position with the possibility of extension. The role is based in Deforest, WI, and involves working primarily daytime hours in a dynamic pharmacy setting.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Every other Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Responsibilities include dispensing medications accurately, providing patient consultations, managing prescriptions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Use of the Pioneer RX computer system will be integral to daily tasks, so prior experience is beneficial.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Wisconsin Pharmacy License
• Experience working in a retail pharmacy environment
• Familiarity with the Pioneer RX computer system preferred
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
