Staff Pharmacist in Delphi, IN

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, interpret, and review prescriptions
• Perform drug utilization reviews and resolve related issues
• Compound and dispense medications safely and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy staff, including both professional and support personnel
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant laws and pharmacy regulations
• Fill prescriptions for pharmaceutical preparations and medical devices
• Submit claims for third-party reimbursement accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to address pharmaceutical queries
• Provide answers to pharmacy-related questions from patients and staff
• Monitor the storage, distribution, and use of pharmaceuticals to maintain safety and efficacy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in pharmacy from an accredited institution
• Minimum of three years of relevant pharmacy experience
• Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in Indiana
• Clean criminal record with no felonies

This position offers an approximate annual pay range of $110,000 to $120,000, depending on experience.
