Staff Pharmacist | Delphi, Indiana

This direct hire opportunity seeks an experienced Outpatient Pharmacist to support medication management and patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, providing a consistent work-life balance in Delphi, IN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret, review, and enter prescriptions accurately.
• Conduct drug utilization reviews and resolve any prescriber issues.
• Compound and dispense prescribed medications safely and efficiently.
• Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure adherence to professional standards.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing pharmacy practice.
• Submit claims for third-party reimbursement.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare personnel to address pharmaceutical inquiries.
• Provide consultation and answer questions from patients and staff regarding medications.
• Monitor the appropriate storage, distribution, and use of pharmaceuticals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three years of relevant pharmacy experience.
• Current, unrestricted registered pharmacist license in Indiana.
• Clean criminal record with no felony convictions.

Location: Delphi, Indiana

This permanent position offers a competitive salary range of approximately $110,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
