Per Diem Staff Pharmacist - Derby, Kansas

Join a community pharmacy team as a per diem pharmacist providing essential support in a retail setting. This role offers flexible scheduling with semi-regular shifts, allowing you to contribute your expertise on a part-time basis.

Location:

• Derby, KS (Wichita area coverage)

Schedule:

• Variable shifts with upcoming needs on:
  • Wednesday, 5/27, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Thursday, 5/28, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately for a manageable prescription volume of 100-125 per day
• Utilize Rx30 software to maintain patient records and process prescriptions efficiently
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth pharmacy operations and excellent patient care

Qualifications:

• Valid Kansas pharmacist license in good standing (no disciplinary actions)
• Experience working in retail pharmacy settings preferred
• Proficiency with Rx30 software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
