Staff Pharmacist - Full-time

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a full-time retail pharmacy opportunity in Pennsylvania. This is a direct-hire position with an ASAP start and a variable day/afternoon schedule. The ideal candidate will have strong pharmacy leadership and patient-care experience.

Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions and complete final quality assurance
• Provide patient counseling and excellent customer service
• Administer immunizations and support clinical programs
• Manage pharmacy inventory and daily operations
• Supervise, train, and coach pharmacy staff
• Address customer concerns and prescription-related issues
• Collaborate with physicians and pharmacy leadership
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Active Pennsylvania Immunization License
• Retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
