Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to protocols
• Provide exceptional customer service and patient counseling to promote medication safety and compliance
• Verify USP 800 non-sterile compounded prescriptions (verification only; no compounding required)
• Manage workflow efficiently in a high-volume retail pharmacy setting

Qualifications:

• Active and clear New Mexico Pharmacist License is required
• Experience with non-sterile compounding is highly desirable
• Background in a high-volume retail pharmacy environment is a plus
