Staff Pharmacist - Ethridge, Montana

This contract position offers an 8-week assignment, starting as soon as possible, with potential to extend beyond August. You’ll work the first shift from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, managing a daily volume of approximately 100 prescriptions using PioneerRx software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately, ensuring safety and efficiency in delivery to customers
• Provide thorough counseling and advice to patients regarding their medications and treatment plans
• Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, following organizational guidelines
• Maintain accurate stock levels and controlled substance records, performing regular inventories
• Resolve patient issues and assist with insurance coverage and third-party payment questions

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Montana Pharmacist License is required
• Minimum of 1 year recent pharmacy experience preferred
• Proficiency in pharmacy software, PioneerRx experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently as the sole pharmacist on-site
