Staff Pharmacist in Ethridge, MT

This contract position requires a dedicated professional to manage the pharmacy independently, handling approximately 100 prescriptions daily. The assignment is set to begin immediately and span at least eight weeks, with potential for extension.

Location: Ethridge, Montana
Schedule:

• Shift: 1st Shift
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Duration: ASAP through at least the end of August

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and ensure the safe, efficient delivery of pharmaceutical services to customers
• Provide thorough patient counseling regarding medications and treatment regimens
• Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and in compliance with organizational policies
• Maintain accurate stock, controlled substances records, and inventory management
• Resolve patient issues and clarify insurance coverage and third-party reimbursement concerns

Qualifications:

• Active Montana Pharmacist license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year recent pharmacy experience
• Ability to work independently as the sole pharmacist on site
• Proficiency with PioneerRx pharmacy software preferred
