Pharmacist - Evansville, IN

A full-time Staff Pharmacist position is available to support a 340B Pharmacy (FQHC) in Evansville, Indiana, to cover a maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new pharmacy, with the potential for contract-to-hire placement after a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will hold an active Indiana pharmacist license with a clear record and be ready to start as soon as possible.

Location: Evansville, Indiana
Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks, with potential for permanent placement)
Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No holidays or weekend shifts required

Responsibilities:

• Perform final medication review and checks with precision
• Provide patient counseling as needed
• Oversee and guide pharmacy technicians
• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure excellent patient care

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Indiana Pharmacist license required
• Experience working in a 340B pharmacy environment is highly preferred
• New graduates with a valid license are welcome to apply
• Ability to learn and operate PioneerRX pharmacy software; training will be provided
