Staff Pharmacist - Fairfield, Ohio

A digital/mail order pharmacy is seeking a contract pharmacist to support an increasing workload following the addition of a new fulfillment client. This role involves dispensing non-insurance medications, primarily generics with some brand and specialty drugs, shipped across all 50 states and DC. The pharmacy maintains a fast-paced environment, emphasizing accuracy and teamwork.

Location: Fairfield, OH
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Contract Duration: 13 weeks, starting ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full-cycle pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment, including verifying prescriptions and accuracy
• Supervise pharmacy technicians ensuring efficient workflows
• Adapt quickly to changing volume and workflow demands
• Collaborate effectively with the team to maintain high productivity and quality standards

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current Kentucky pharmacy license required; candidates licensed in Cincinnati, OH should verify KY licensure
• Proven experience in high-volume retail pharmacy preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and within a team environment
