Staff Pharmacist in Fairfield, OH

A digital/mail order pharmacy is seeking a contract pharmacist to support increased volume due to the addition of a new client. This role involves dispensing non-insurance medications, primarily generic, with some brand and specialty products. The pharmacy serves customers nationwide, shipping to all 50 states plus DC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full-cycle pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment processes
• Check and verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure quality and workflow adherence
• Adapt quickly to evolving workflow and volume demands
• Collaborate effectively with team members to manage high prescription volumes

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Kentucky pharmacy license required; pharmacists licensed in Ohio with KY licensure are encouraged to apply
• Experience in high-volume retail pharmacy environments is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to support a collaborative work environment

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 2 PM to 10 PM
