Staff Pharmacist in Fairfield, OH

A dynamic opportunity is available for a licensed pharmacist to support increased volume at a digital/mail order pharmacy specializing in non-insurance medications. This role involves dispensing primarily generic medications, with some brand and specialty drugs, serving customers across all 50 states plus DC. The pharmacy has recently taken on fulfillment for a new client, creating an urgent need for additional pharmacy expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Check and verify prescriptions to ensure compliance and patient safety.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain a smooth operational workflow.
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet increased volume demands.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must hold an active pharmacist license in Kentucky; pharmacists licensed in Cincinnati, OH are encouraged to verify KY licensure eligibility.
• Experience in high-volume retail pharmacy is highly desirable.
• Strong teamwork and adaptability skills to thrive in a rapidly evolving workload.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Immediate start with a 13-week duration
