A per diem pharmacist is needed to support a new in-house pharmacy at a health network focused on community care. Responsibilities:
- Accurately fill and dispense prescriptions in a retail pharmacy setting
- Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and safety
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Licensed pharmacist with active PharmD and state licensure
- Experience working in retail pharmacy environments is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational capabilities

Schedule/Hours:
