Mail Order Staff Pharmacist | Florence, Kentucky

A growing digital/mail order pharmacy is seeking 2-3 experienced pharmacists to join their fulfillment team on a direct hire basis. This role focuses on dispensing primarily generic medications, along with some brand and specialty drugs, serving customers across all 50 states plus DC. With a high-volume operation processing over 200,000 prescriptions monthly, the pharmacy is rapidly expanding and adding new accounts in 2026, creating an urgent need for skilled pharmacists.

Location: Florence, KY
Schedule/Hours:

• Weekend shifts: Saturday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM; Sunday 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional weekday shifts as needed (Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Perform full-cycle pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment, including verification and checking of prescriptions
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth and accurate operations
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Collaborate effectively with the team to meet demanding workflow and volume requirements

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active Kentucky pharmacist license is required (pharmacists licensed in Cincinnati, OH should confirm KY licensure)
• Experience in high-volume retail pharmacy preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
