Mail Order Staff Pharmacist - Florence, Kentucky

A digital/mail order pharmacy focused on dispensing non-insurance medications is expanding rapidly and seeking multiple staff pharmacists for direct hire opportunities. This role is ideal for pharmacists experienced in high-volume retail and mail order dispensing, working primarily with generic medications alongside some brand and specialty products. The pharmacy services all 50 states plus DC and processed over 200,000 prescriptions in September 2025, with plans to add new accounts in 2026.

Location: Florence, KY

Schedule/Hours:

• Weekend shifts: Saturday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM; Sunday 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional weekday shifts as needed within Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment, including verification and accuracy checks
• Supervising pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth workflow
• Adapting quickly to high-volume dispensing requirements while maintaining quality
• Collaborating effectively with team members to manage weekend and peak workloads

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active Kentucky pharmacist license required; pharmacists licensed in nearby states are encouraged to verify KY licensure eligibility
• Experience in high-volume retail or mail order pharmacy settings preferred
• Strong adaptability to fast-paced environments and dynamic workloads
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in team-oriented pharmacy operations
