Mail Order Staff Pharmacist in Florence, KY

This direct hire opportunity is ideal for experienced pharmacists seeking to contribute to a fast-growing mail order pharmacy specializing in dispensing non-insurance medications. The pharmacy primarily dispenses generic medications, with some brand-name and specialty drugs, serving all 50 states plus DC through digital/mail order channels. With over 200,000 prescriptions processed recently and new accounts launching soon, the need for skilled pharmacists to join weekend and occasional weekday shifts is immediate.

Location: Florence, KY
Schedule:

• Saturdays, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Sundays, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional weekday shifts 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (as needed)

Responsibilities include:

• Full-cycle pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment
• Checking and verifying prescriptions with accuracy
• Supervising pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow efficiency
• Adapting quickly to a high-volume environment and dynamic work processes

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Licensed pharmacist with an active Kentucky license (pharmacists licensed in Cincinnati, OH are encouraged to apply if also licensed in KY)
