Per Diem Pharmacist in Fort Dodge, IA

Provide outpatient pharmacy support as a Staff Pharmacist on a per diem basis from June 12 through July 31, with a focus on PRN coverage.

• Fort Dodge, IA

Schedule:

• Per diem hours, flexible within the assignment period

Responsibilities:

• Verify low volume prescriptions, approximately 40 prescriptions per day
• Conduct patient counseling to ensure understanding of medication use
• Perform typical outpatient pharmacy duties, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Qualifications:

• Active Iowa Pharmacist License
• Experience in retail or outpatient pharmacy settings

Compensation:

• Pay range of $65 to $67 per hour
