This opportunity is for a Per Diem Outpatient Pharmacist providing PRN coverage in Fort Dodge, IA. You will play a key role in ensuring safe and accurate dispensing of medications in a low volume outpatient setting while offering essential patient counseling services.

Schedule:

• August 7th
• September 4th
• October 7th–14th
• October 23rd (half day from 1 PM to 5 PM)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions, averaging around 40 per day
• Provide patient counseling to promote proper medication use and adherence
• Perform typical outpatient pharmacist duties, ensuring compliance with protocols and patient safety

Qualifications:

• Valid Iowa Pharmacist License
• Experience as a pharmacist in retail or outpatient settings

Additional Information:
