Per Diem Staff Pharmacist | Fort Wayne, Indiana

A specialty pharmacy requires an experienced Staff Pharmacist for a per diem assignment in Fort Wayne, IN. This role supports Meridian Health Services, providing vital pharmacy services with a technician for additional assistance. Training will be provided prior to the first shift to ensure smooth onboarding.

Schedule:

• Monday, 3/30: 8 AM – 5 PM
• Tuesday, 3/31: 8 AM – 5 PM
• Wednesday, 4/1: 8 AM – 5 PM
• Thursday, 4/2: 8 AM – 5 PM
• Friday, 4/3: 8 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform typical retail pharmacy duties including dispensing medications, counseling patients, and managing prescriptions
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
• Utilize the New Leaf pharmacy system efficiently to handle daily tasks

Qualifications:

• Current Indiana pharmacist license in hand, ready to practice
• Experience with retail pharmacy operations preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
