This direct hire position requires managing high-volume pharmacy operations with dedication and accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and final medication reviews using the Frameworks system (training provided)
- Oversee pharmacy technicians to ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing
- Dispense medications efficiently while maintaining safety and compliance standards
- Maintain clear communication and coordination during evening shifts
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license required
- Pharmacy experience preferred, with the ability to work rapidly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting (approximately 600 prescriptions per day)
- Openness to new graduates is encouraged, with training available on proprietary software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday evening shifts
- Shift options: 3:30 PM to 11:00 PM or 4:30 PM to 12:00 AM
- Rotating weekends required
