Staff Pharmacist - Foxboro, MA

An opportunity is available for Evening Shift Pharmacists at a closed-door long-term care facility in Foxborough, Massachusetts. This direct hire position requires managing high-volume pharmacy operations with dedication and accuracy. The role offers a structured Monday through Friday schedule with rotating weekends, providing a consistent and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and final medication reviews using the Frameworks system (training provided)
• Oversee pharmacy technicians to ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing
• Dispense medications efficiently while maintaining safety and compliance standards
• Maintain clear communication and coordination during evening shifts

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license required
• Pharmacy experience preferred, with the ability to work rapidly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting (approximately 600 prescriptions per day)
• Openness to new graduates is encouraged, with training available on proprietary software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday evening shifts
• Shift options: 3:30 PM to 11:00 PM or 4:30 PM to 12:00 AM
• Rotating weekends required
