Staff Pharmacist in Framingham, MA

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist to join a growing, newly established long-term care facility. This direct hire position offers the chance to take ownership of your schedule while contributing to a dynamic pharmacy operation focused on quality patient care.

Location: Framingham, MA
Start Date: Early December

Schedule:

• PIC designs their own schedule
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in medication dispensing
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient-focused long-term care services
• Maintain and manage inventory within the Frameworks system
• Adapt and grow processes in a newly formed facility environment
• Provide training and mentoring support to retail pharmacists transitioning into LTC pharmacy

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Massachusetts pharmacist license in good standing is mandatory
• Previous long-term care pharmacy operations experience is strongly preferred
• Retail pharmacists interested in LTC pharmacy are encouraged to apply; training will be provided
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and lead pharmacy initiatives
