Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive clinical patient management for individuals with hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other conditions requiring infused medications.
• Utilize therapy-specific expertise managing factor replacement therapies, emicizumab, and a variety of subcutaneous and IV infusions for chronic disease management.
• Educate patients and caregivers on complex drug administration, side effect monitoring, adherence strategies, and safe home medication handling.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and in-house care coordinators to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Partner with reimbursement specialists to navigate insurance complexities, secure prior authorizations, and assist patients with financial assistance programs.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee Pharmacist License (required).
• Arkansas Pharmacist License or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days.
• Experience with CareTend software is a significant advantage; training is available if needed.
• Openness to obtaining additional state licenses to support multi-state operations.
