Mail Order Staff Pharmacist in Ft Mitchell, KY

This direct hire position offers an opportunity to work as a fulfillment pharmacist in a fast-growing digital/mail order pharmacy specializing in dispensing non-insurance medications, including mainly generics, some brand name, and specialty drugs. The pharmacy serves all 50 states plus DC and processed over 200,000 prescriptions in September 2025 alone, with plans for growth in 2026. Multiple openings are available for pharmacists to work weekend and occasional weekday shifts.

Location: Ft Mitchell, KY

Schedule:

• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional weekday shifts as needed (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Perform full cycle pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment
• Check and verify prescriptions with accuracy
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth workflow
• Adapt quickly to high-volume workflow and changing needs
• Collaborate effectively with team members to manage workload

Qualifications:

• Pharmacist licensed to practice in Kentucky (candidates licensed in Cincinnati, OH encouraged to verify KY licensure)
• Experience in high-volume retail pharmacy settings preferred
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
