Mail Order Staff Pharmacist | Ft Mitchell, Kentucky

An expanding digital/mail order pharmacy dedicated to dispensing non-insurance medications is seeking skilled fulfillment pharmacists to support their growing operations. Specializing primarily in generic medications, with some brand-name and specialty drugs, this mail order pharmacy serves all 50 states and DC, having processed over 200,000 prescriptions in a recent month. With plans to add new accounts in 2026, immediate hiring is underway for weekend and per diem roles.

Location: Fort Mitchell, KY
Job Type: Direct Hire
Schedule/Hours:

• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional weekday shifts (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full-cycle pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment duties including prescription checking and verification
• Supervise and coordinate pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high-volume processing environment
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet demanding volume requirements

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current Kentucky pharmacist license required; pharmacists licensed in Ohio encouraged to confirm multi-state licensing
• Experience in high-volume retail pharmacy preferred, with strong skills in mail order or digital pharmacy environments a plus
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced settings with significant prescription throughput
• Strong teamwork and communication skills vital for supporting collaborative processes
