Staff Pharmacist in Garryowen, MT

A Tribal Hospital in Montana is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Location

• Approximately 1 hour from Billings, MT, in Garryowen, MT

Schedule

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Day shifts

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in both inpatient and outpatient areas
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy
• Utilize RPMS (Resource and Patient Management System) for patient and medication records
• Provide education and counseling to patients regarding their medication regimens
• Participate in medication inventory management and pharmacy operations

Qualifications

• Valid Pharmacy license from any U.S. state
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient pharmacy settings preferred
• Comfortable working with RPMS or similar pharmacy software systems
• Strong communication and patient counseling skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment within a tribal healthcare setting

This contract position offers a flexible duration between 3 and 12 months with immediate start.
