Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify veterinary prescriptions to ensure accuracy and safety
• Perform final pharmacist verification of compounded and dispensed medications
• Oversee non-sterile compounding pharmacy operations, verifying strengths, formulations, calculations, labeling, and documentation
• Collaborate closely with pharmacy technicians and compounding staff to maintain smooth workflow
• Communicate effectively with veterinary practices to clarify prescription details
• Maintain comprehensive pharmacy records and adhere strictly to state and federal regulations

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active, current Kentucky Pharmacist License (REQUIRED)
