Support a growing per diem pharmacist team in the Gilbert, AZ area, providing critical coverage for retail pharmacy locations during call outs, vacations, and volume spikes. This opportunity is ideal for experienced pharmacists seeking a flexible part-time role, averaging 2-4 shifts per week, with pharmacy operations typically Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and some sites open until 8 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert pharmacy services in a retail setting, managing an average daily prescription volume of 100–125.
• Provide immunizations and counsel patients on medications.
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and independently manage pharmacist-only sites as required.
• Participate in a dedicated 8-hour training session to ensure readiness and maintain high standards across all locations, with ongoing training options available.
• Utilize QS1 pharmacy systems efficiently for dispensing and documentation.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail pharmacy experience.
• Active Arizona pharmacist license in good standing, with no restrictions.
• Immunization privileges and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong adaptability to work across multiple locations within commuting distance of Phoenix.
• Ability to handle variable shifts as needed, with a team-oriented mindset.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Saturday, typically 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (some stores open until 8 p.m.).
• Part-time, 2 to 4 days per week, coverage as needed.
