A Specialty Pharmacy focused on behavioral medications is seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist for a full-time position during the day shift in Baltimore, MD. This contract role offers a dynamic environment with a supportive team and the opportunity to work with a significant patient volume.

Schedule/Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Position Details:
- Full-time pharmacist needed; alternatively, two part-time pharmacists can split the shift
- Contract duration: 4 weeks from start date
- Work volume: 100-200 prescriptions per day
- Program system used: PioneerRX
- Support staff: 5 pharmacy technicians and 1 specialty pharmacist
Responsibilities:
- Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Counsel patients on medication use and safety
- Manage and supervise pharmacy technicians
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Active, clear Maryland State Pharmacist license with no disciplinary history
- Experience in retail or specialty pharmacy preferred
- Strong knowledge of behavioral medication management beneficial
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
