Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Flexible availability required for primarily 1st and 2nd shifts; occasional 3rd shifts possible
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective pharmaceutical care to hospitalized patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct medication reviews, prepare and dispense medications accurately
- Participate in clinical rounds and contribute to patient care plans
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Pass a one-time competency exam before onboarding, followed by background clearance
Qualifications:
- PharmD with active pharmacy license
- PGY-1 residency strongly preferred

- Ability to work all shifts as needed

- Success passing a mandatory competency exam and background check required
