Schedule/Hours:
- Primarily 8-hour shifts
- Flexibility required to work 1st and 2nd shifts, with occasional 3rd shifts
Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- PGY-1 residency preferred
- Candidates without PGY-1 consideration may apply if they have some hospital experience, including internships
- Approximately 2 years of recent inpatient experience or equivalent preferred
- Ability and willingness to pass a competency exam as part of the hiring process
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and distributive pharmacy services within a hospital setting
- Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in ongoing competency testing and compliance requirements
