Staff Pharmacist in Glendale, CA

Location: Sylmar, CA

Schedule/Hours:

• Primarily 8-hour shifts
• Flexibility required to work 1st and 2nd shifts, with occasional 3rd shifts

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• PGY-1 residency preferred
• Candidates without PGY-1 consideration may apply if they have some hospital experience, including internships
• Approximately 2 years of recent inpatient experience or equivalent preferred
• Ability and willingness to pass a competency exam as part of the hiring process

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and distributive pharmacy services within a hospital setting
• Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
