This contract assignment offers a chance to provide essential pharmaceutical services on nights with a 7-on, 7-off schedule from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The position has an immediate start and is expected to last for 13 weeks or more, with potential to convert to a permanent role.
Responsibilities include:
- Verifying medication orders accurately and efficiently
- Supervising pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations
- Consulting with physicians and nurses to optimize patient medication plans
- Managing pharmacokinetics and therapeutic drug monitoring
- Utilizing Meditech electronic health records for documentation and communication
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Active pharmacist license in Arizona
