• October 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16
• Monday – Friday, Day Shift: 9 am – 6 pm
• Weekends closed

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify prescriptions to ensure patient safety
• Provide thorough patient counseling to support medication adherence and understanding

Qualifications:

• Active NY State Pharmacist license in good standing
