Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform full-circle long-term care pharmacy duties, including both PV1 and PV2 responsibilities.
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.
  • Manage multi-dose and blister packaging processes.
  • Prepare and verify sterile and non-sterile compounded medications, including IVs and TPNs.
  • Utilize pharmacy frameworks software; prior experience preferred but training is available.

Desired Experience:

  • Proven background in long-term care pharmacy, with hands-on experience in PV1 and PV2 roles.
  • Skilled in sterile compounding and quality assurance checks.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy management systems, preferably Frameworks.
  • Licensure: Valid Michigan pharmacist license in good standing is required.
