A healthcare facility located in Grand Rapids, MN is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to provide essential weekend coverage in a combined retail and long-term care setting. Schedule:

• Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications and counsel patients in a retail pharmacy setting
• Provide pharmaceutical care and support for long-term care patients
• Ensure accuracy and safety in medication distribution
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Minnesota Pharmacist License
• PharmD degree preferred
• Certified in Immunization and CPR
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is a plus
• Previous experience in both retail and long-term care pharmacy settings
