Staff Pharmacist - Grand Rapids, MN

A specialty pharmacy in Grand Rapids, MN is seeking a licensed Staff Pharmacist for a 13+ week contract assignment. This role offers a blend of retail and long-term care pharmacy services, providing diverse daily responsibilities.

Location:

• Grand Rapids, Minnesota

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Possible rotating weekends

Responsibilities:

• Perform retail pharmacy duties including medication dispensing and counseling
• Manage long-term care pharmacy services ensuring patient safety and medication accuracy
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Pharmacist License required
• Immunization Certification and CPR Certification
• PharmD or MTM Certification preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
