A contract opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist in Grand Rapids, MN at a specialty pharmacy setting. This role offers a balanced mix of retail and long-term care pharmacy duties, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Location:

• Grand Rapids, MN

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
• Possible rotating weekends

Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmacy services supporting both retail and long-term care patients
• Accurately dispense medications and manage prescriptions
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
• Perform medication therapy management as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Pharmacist License
• Immunization Certification
• CPR Certification
• PharmD degree or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

This contract position typically lasts 13 weeks or more, offering a chance to contribute your expertise in a specialty and care-focused pharmacy setting. Flexibility for the rotating weekend schedule is required.
