Long Term Care Staff Pharmacist - Grandville, MI

Schedule:

• Mix of days and evenings
• Rotating weekends

Responsibilities:

• Execute full scope long term care pharmacy duties including PV1 (preparation verification) and PV2 (final verification) tasks
• Supervise pharmacy technicians in daily operations
• Perform multi-dose/blister packing accurately
• Compound, check, and verify sterile and non-sterile medications, including IVs and TPNs
• Use pharmacy systems such as Frameworks; prior experience preferred but training available

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Current and valid Michigan pharmacist license in good standing
• Prior long term care experience strongly preferred, including PV1 and PV2 responsibilities
• Skilled in sterile and non-sterile compounding and medication verification
• Ability to supervise pharmacy support personnel effectively
• Experience with Frameworks pharmacy software is highly desirable
