Pharmacist - Greensboro, NC

A specialized retail pharmacy is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to support sterile and non-sterile compounding operations. This contract opportunity, with a 13-week duration, offers Monday through Friday daytime shifts from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications in a specialty retail environment.
• Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding according to established protocols.
• Utilize pharmacy order entry software similar to QS1 (training provided).
• Ensure compliance with all state pharmacy laws and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain efficient workflow and patient safety.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid North Carolina pharmacy license is required.
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of pharmacy experience.
• Experience with sterile compounding is highly desirable.
• Experience with non-sterile compounding is a plus.
