LTC Staff Pharmacist | Hartford, Connecticut

A closed-door pharmacy near Hartford, CT is seeking an experienced Part Time/Per Diem Staff Pharmacist for contract support for the next 3 to 4 months. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule with the ability to work 1 to 3 days per week, providing valuable experience in a long-term care pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform PV2 checking and medication verification with attention to detail and accuracy
• Fulfill prescription orders and manage production processes efficiently
• Operate within the Frameworks system to support pharmacy operations
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure safe and effective medication use

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Current Connecticut pharmacist license is required
• Previous long-term care pharmacy experience preferred
• Proficient with the Frameworks system or similar pharmacy software
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt between shift schedules
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, either 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM shifts

• Part Time / Per Diem
• Flexible 1 to 3 days per week
• Must be able to work both shift times as needed
