A pharmacy position is available for a staff pharmacist at a long-term care and intellectual developmental disorder pharmacy site located in Hartford, CT. This opportunity offers direct hire employment with a competitive compensation package based on experience.

Schedule & Location:

  • Shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; flexibility to work both shifts is required
  • Occasional Saturday coverage may be needed
  • Location: Hartford, CT area

Responsibilities:

  • Perform PV2 duties including checking and verifying prescriptions
  • Train for PV1 responsibilities if aptitude is demonstrated
  • Utilize the Frameworks pharmacy system
  • Maintain high processing volume with accuracy and efficiency

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Connecticut pharmacist license in hand is mandatory
  • Prior long-term care (LTC) pharmacy experience preferred
  • Retail pharmacists with the ability to handle high volume are also encouraged to apply
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to multiple shifts
