Location:

• Richmond, VA (Henrico area)

Schedule/Hours:

• Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Week-on, week-off rotation

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescriptions and counsel patients on medication usage
• Review prescription orders for completeness, accuracy, and potential drug interactions
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapy
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
• Manage inventory and ensure storage of medications according to standards
• Provide excellent customer service and support patient needs

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with current state licensure in Virginia
• Experience as a Staff Pharmacist or in a similar pharmacy role
• Strong knowledge of prescription medications, pharmacy laws, and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
