This Per Diem Staff Pharmacist role offers the opportunity to work in a focused, closed-door pharmacy setting attached to a behavioral hospital in Wichita, TX. The position primarily covers vacation and PTO periods, supporting a steady workflow averaging 300-400 prescriptions per day. This role provides a balanced schedule, operating Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with minimal walk-in traffic, allowing pharmacists to concentrate on accuracy and patient care.

Responsibilities include dispensing medications, counseling patients, and collaborating with healthcare professionals in a behavioral health environment. You will have the chance to utilize and expand your skills with training provided on the Enterprise RX software system.

Desired Qualifications:

• Recent experience as a practicing pharmacist
• Preferably local to the Wichita area, seeking per diem or part-time opportunities
• Willingness to train and utilize Enterprise RX software

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• PRN, covering vacations and PTO as needed
