A professional opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist to provide essential coverage during vacation and PTO periods. This per diem role offers a dynamic work environment in a closed-door pharmacy directly attached to a behavioral hospital, with limited walk-in traffic. The position requires a motivated pharmacist to support a steady daily script volume of 300-400 prescriptions, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently, maintaining patient safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams in the behavioral hospital setting to optimize medication therapy.
• Manage daily operations in a closed-door pharmacy with focus on patient confidentiality.
• Adapt quickly to the Enterprise RX software; training will be provided to ensure proficiency.
• Provide consistent, high-quality pharmacy services during scheduled coverage periods.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as a pharmacist and recent pharmacy experience.
