A PRN pharmacist opportunity is available to support a compounding pharmacy with a focus on non-sterile operations and an imminent sterile compounding launch. This contract role in Doral, FL, offers the chance to contribute to a growing site affiliated with a national telehealth pharmacy company specializing in GLP-1 medications, hormone replacement therapy, and female hormone medications.

Location: Doral, Florida
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP, with training on 7/16 and coverage starting 7/17
Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide regulatory oversight and ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws
• Support workflows during the sterile compounding launch phase
• Review and update policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Pharmacy Operations
• Deliver pharmacist coverage during operational hours as needed

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Florida Pharmacist License required
• Experience with pharmacy start-ups preferred but not mandatory
• Compounding background (sterile and/or non-sterile) highly valued
• Retail pharmacy experience also considered
• Willingness to undergo training on compounding processes if needed
