Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately in a retail/specialty pharmacy setting with expertise in HIV/AIDS drug therapies.
• Provide empathetic and respectful care to patients affected by HIV/AIDS, fostering trust and understanding.
• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacy team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong pharmacy intuition by proactively addressing workflow needs and supporting team operations.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail or specialty pharmacy with direct HIV/AIDS dispensing experience.
• Proven sensitivity and respect toward the HIV/AIDS patient population, with an ability to build trust and rapport.
• Proficiency with QS1 pharmacy software and ability to quickly adapt to technology workflows.
