Per Diem Retail Staff Pharmacist | Hollywood, Florida

An opportunity is available for a PRN Pharmacist to support a growing compounding pharmacy specializing in non-sterile compounding, with an upcoming sterile compounding launch. This role is based in Doral, FL, operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with coverage requirements on select Mondays and one Tuesday in November. This position is ideal for a pharmacist with compounding or retail experience interested in pharmacy start-ups and operational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide regulatory oversight ensuring compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws
• Support operational workflows and quality standards during the sterile compounding launch
• Review and update policies, procedures, and quality controls
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Pharmacy Operations starting mid-February
• Deliver pharmacist coverage as needed during operational hours

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active Florida Pharmacist License required
• Experience with pharmacy start-ups strongly preferred
• Background in compounding (sterile or non-sterile) is ideal; retail pharmacy experience is also acceptable
• Willingness to receive training on compounding if required
