Per Diem Staff Pharmacist | Homestead, Florida

Provide expert pharmaceutical care with a leading concierge pharmacy specializing in same or next-day medication delivery. This role supports a closed-door pharmacy setting while allowing some patient medication pickup, ensuring efficient and personalized service. The position starts late March and extends through mid-April, offering a dynamic per diem opportunity to practice in a fast-paced environment with a full team of pharmacists and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage opening and closing duties of the pharmacy
• Oversee pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth workflow
• Perform comprehensive retail pharmacy tasks, including prescription verification and patient counseling
• Utilize Pioneer Rx software for daily operations
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Florida pharmacist license
• Experience in retail or closed-door pharmacy settings preferred
• Proficiency in pharmacy software systems, especially Pioneer Rx, is a plus
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to supervise technical staff
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
