Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Homestead, FL

A pharmacist opportunity is available to provide full-time support for a concierge pharmacy specializing in same- or next-day medication delivery services. This role involves working primarily in a closed-door pharmacy setting, with the possibility of limited medication pick-up interactions. The position is per diem and lasts approximately three to four weeks.

Location:

• Homestead, FL

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform standard retail pharmacy duties, including opening and closing the pharmacy.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and collaborate with the full support team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate records.
• Utilize Pioneer Rx software to manage prescriptions and operations.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Florida pharmacist license is required.
• Previous experience working in a retail or closed-door pharmacy setting preferred.
• Familiarity with courier-based medication delivery services is a plus.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a pharmacy team, including other pharmacists and technicians.
