Pharmacist - Inyokern, CA

An opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy operations at a community hospital in Ridgecrest, CA, roughly a few hours from the Los Angeles area. This role offers a contract-to-hire arrangement, suitable for pharmacists interested in working in a close-knit, approximately 80-bed facility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient pharmacy staffing and dispensing services
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe medication use
• Maintain accurate medication records and inventory
• Assist with on-call duties on scheduled working days as needed
• Utilize the Paragon system for pharmacy IT needs

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week with variable days and afternoons
• Alternative schedule options may include a 7 days on/7 days off day-shift rotation

Qualifications:

• Active California pharmacist license required
• Current inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Familiarity with Paragon pharmacy software is a plus

• Ridgecrest, California
