Per Diem Pharmacist - Iowa Park, TX

A healthcare facility in Plano, TX, is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Pharmacist for a Per Diem (PRN) position. This role offers the opportunity to work in a closed-door pharmacy setting attached to a behavioral hospital, providing a focused environment with minimal walk-ins. The position starts ASAP and requires flexibility within Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and verify prescriptions, managing a daily script count of 300-400.
• Provide excellent pharmaceutical care within the closed-door pharmacy setting.
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure appropriate medication management.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and pharmacy policies.
• Utilize pharmacy software for order entry and record keeping; training provided for Enterprise RX.
