An opportunity is available for a Per Diem Pharmacist to support retail and long-term care pharmacy needs in the Coal Grove, OH area. This role requires a licensed Ohio Pharmacist ready to deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care and customer service.

• Monday, October 19, 2026: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9 hours)
• Tuesday, October 20, 2026: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9 hours)
• Wednesday, October 21, 2026: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9 hours)
• Thursday, October 22, 2026: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9 hours)
• Friday, October 23, 2026: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (6 hours)
  Total Weekly Hours: 42

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately distribute medications as prescribed by physicians and healthcare practitioners
• Provide comprehensive medication information and guidance to customers
• Deliver a high standard of customer service focused on patient care
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Ohio (required)
• Experience in retail and/or long-term care pharmacy settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient safety and satisfaction
