A retail and long-term care pharmacy is seeking a skilled staff pharmacist for per diem shifts in Irving, TX. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to patient care in a well-supported environment, with access to ample pharmacy technicians and register support to help manage workflow efficiently.
Schedule:
- May 9: 7:45 AM – 6:15 PM
- May 10: 12:45 PM – 6:15 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and process 150-200 prescriptions per day accurately and efficiently
- Administer immunizations to patients as part of pharmacy services
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain smooth operations and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Active and clear Texas Pharmacist license (TX RPh)
- Immunization certification required
- Experience working in a retail pharmacy setting
- Proficiency with Computer Rx or similar pharmacy systems preferred
